These days, it’s nearly impossible to find a restaurant without a website, Facebook page, or Instagram account keeping you updated on the day-to-day activities going on in the kitchens… but every now and then, you stumble across a spot that’s keeping it old-school and relying on word of mouth. That’s definitely how this one restaurant in Louisiana runs, and we’d have to say that it’s working! This humble little joint in St. Tammany Parish is serving up some of the best po’boys in Louisiana, so grab a stack of napkins and dig in.
