Ssh…it’s a secret! Did you know that one of the many unexpected things to see when you visit Kansas is the Wichita Troll? That’s right, if you look close enough when you stroll on the path along the Arkansas River in Wichita, you’ll stumble across a 200-pound sculpture (and 7-feet tall) of the local troll.

This unique work of art was created in 2007 by Constance Ernatt, a local sculpture artist. To reach the Wichita Troll, head to the Wester Parking Lot in Wichita and park to the east of it. Then, follow the path along the water.
