The Secluded Restaurant In Kansas That Looks Straight Out Of A Storybook
Once upon a time, there was a little inn where they served home cooked meals so good you’d swear your grandmother was hiding in the kitchen. Today, stories like this are still true in Kansas! Restaurants that walk right out of a storybook aren’t common by any means, but they’re shining examples of the Kansas way of life. This restaurant in central Kansas has it all — scenery, setting, and service. Oh, and the food’s even better. Don’t believe me? Step in and grab a bite!

The first sight you’re met with is this amazing 3-story limestone building that’s been here since 1920 and restored to its beautiful origins. It definitely looks like an inn, but what’s inside?

Born and raised Kansan, Clarisa has lived in both tiny towns and cities during her time here in the Sunflower State, mostly in the south central area. Clarisa is a stay-at-home mother of one crazy kid, two cats, and two geckos, and has been writing anything and everything since she's held a pencil, though Kansas and fantasy novels take up most of her time.
