Sometimes when the air gets a little chilly, or you’ve had a bad day (or a regular Monday) you need a beer. Have you ever found a gem of a restaurant in a town so small you nearly missed it driving by? Luckily for you, this tiny brewery lost in the prairies of Kansas has been found. It’s pretty far for some of us, but it’s so worth the drive.
Mo's Place in Beaver, Kansas is miles away from any big city, and smack dab in the middle of the state. What you see here in this photo is most of the Township, so I wouldn't expect to meet many people or get lost in a neighborhood.
The 2010 census for this township listed 99 residents, but I wonder if they all eat here at Mo's Place? The inside is perfectly casual, but a quick look around and you'll see just what we're here for.

Here at Mo's Place, they brew their own Beaver Beer in up to 7 different delicious varieties, made right here behind the counter.

If they aren't out of it, you can order a glass of Ol' Farmstead IPA, Harvest Moon Wheat, Purple Cat Pale, Crazy Hawk Red, Beaver Creek Brown, Elm Street Porter, or Lights Out Stout. They really do have a beer for everyone!
