Small town restaurants in Kansas seem to have the best food you’ll ever have, but what’s their secret? There’s something addicting about small town restaurants, and it’s mostly a combo of good food and good people. That’s all Kansas needs.

Speaking of favorites, Chicken Mary's is a great restaurant in southeast Kansas that's been feuding with Chicken Annie's for longer than we can remember. No matter which place has your favorite chicken, both are delicious and Mary's even comes with the option of spaghetti as a side.
The American style German food served here at Beethoven's 9th has everyone wanting more, so it's a good thing that there's plenty of food on every plate. The portions are perfect to take home extras for later, whether you get the Jager Schnitzel, german potato salad, or spaetzle. How about all three?
Lo Mar Drive In reminds me a bit of Bomber Burger in Wichita, with hand cut fries and burgers that'll leave you craving it every time you're in the area.
