The Endless Authentic Italian Fare At Kansas’s Ricco’s Italian Bistro Will Keep You Coming Back for More

Hungry Kansans can be in the mood for anything, but generally, we'll never turn down hot, fresh pasta. Comfort food is a weakness for us, and we enjoy it whenever possible. Italian fare at this bistro in Kansas will have you coming back for more. If they're not on your bucket list, they should be! Overland Park, here we come.

Can you smell what's cooking? Ricco's Italian Bistro is home to some amazing Italian food, and some amazing Kansas hospitality.

In business for over 30 years, Italian cuisine not only fills the menu, but the stone of the building. They have a passion for these flavors, and it really shows.

Wood-fired pizza is hard to turn down, and when it's made fresh, even harder. Though there's plenty on the menu to share between a group, so don't be afraid to each order something different during your trip!

Calamari, pasta, salads, casseroles, soups, and more fill the menu, and they're all amazing. My go-to is always shrimp alfredo, but everything including the 'garbage truck' pizza is super tasty.

Along with your food you'll find that a glass of one of their 25 varieties of wine really hits the spot.

Ricco's is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, and 4 to 9 p.m. Sundays.
