We’re lucky to have so many great spots to camp in Kansas, and one of my favorite places to pitch a tent (or stay in a cabin: let’s be real, the older you get, the more appealing glamping is!) is our amazing state parks. We have 28 state parks in Kansas, and many of them have campsite options available. Whether you have your own RV, are bringing a tent, or want to rent a cabin, these scenic spots offer up wonderful places to spend the night. If you’re an avid fan of camping in our Sunflower State parks, you might be interested in knowing that campsite reservations for 2024 open up in December 2023. It’s time to start planning!
