Illinois has its share of enchanting locales that can make anyone feel like royalty. Aurora Sunken Gardens located at the Phillips Park Zoo is reminiscent of an English garden you may find outside of a castle. Pretend you’re part of a royal family as you descend down the stairs into this sunken garden with its three-tiered fountain, gorgeous shrubbery, and elegant flowers. Kaskaskia Dragon is a fire-breathing roadside attraction that looks like it’s straight out of Game of Thrones!
