Upon walking into this small-town bakery, you'll instantly be overwhelmed the delightful aroma of pan dulce! Pan dulce, or sweet bread, is a general term that encompasses a wide range of goodies, and boy, does La Michoacana have a lot to choose from.
Conchas are probably one of the most recognizable baked items you'll find here. Made of fluffy, brioche-like dough and covered in a sweet (but not too sweet) colorful topping, they are like little pillows of deliciousness!
