I love breakfast and there is no better way to start the day than with a delicious meal. Fortunately, here in Idaho, we have some of the best restaurants in the country. Tucked away in Meridian is one of these incredible breakfast restaurants — Moe Joe’s Breakfast Eatery. This Treasure Valley restaurant serves both breakfast and lunch and while there are many delicious items on the menu, we recommend trying the biscuits and gravy. They may just be some of the best in the state.
Start your morning off right at Moe Joe’s Breakfast Eatery in Meridian. This restaurant is located at 2951 East Overland Road.
Moe Joe’s is quickly becoming a popular restaurant in Treasure Valley and once you visit, you’ll see why. Here, you’ll find breakfast and lunch favorites with Tex Mex influences, fresh ingredients, and lots of flavor.
When visiting for breakfast, you’ll have a lot of choices and it won’t be an easy decision. Consider a large hash bowl, one of the French toast varieties, a massive pancake stack topped with yumminess, omelets, and so much more.
You might even want a smothered breakfast burrito, huevos rancheros, or chilaquiles, which features fried corn chips tossed in a chili verde salsa and then topped with Monterey jack cheese, carnitas, jalapeno cream, cilantro, and lime.
But, we always recommend the biscuits and gravy. Known as the Farm House on the menu, you will receive a grilled house-made biscuit topped with a sausage patty, cheese, and eggs. It is then smothered in the house-made sausage gravy.
With this option, you will enjoy a homemade biscuit with fried chicken, cheddar cheese, and eggs on top. It is then covered in a jalapeno bacon gravy. It will add a little kick to your day.
If you want to stop by for lunch, we suggest you come hungry. There are all types of sandwiches on the menu ranging from French dip to an avocado melt. I even recommend the finger steaks — pure perfection!
All of the lunch items are served with your choice of homemade fries or a salad.
