The Hawaiian Islands welcome millions of tourists each year, and you will undoubtedly find countless incredible swap meets, shops, and stores from which to stock up on souvenirs, gifts, and food made in the Aloha State. Unfortunately, some folks can't always be in Hawaii to get these delightful things made in Hawaii. Luckily for us, however, many of these products — from coffee, candy, and cookies to bath supplies and wine — are sold online. So, without further ado, here are 11 incredible online shops where you can find some of our favorite Hawaii-made products.
1. Big Island Candies
Shortbreads, chocolates, and a variety of tasty baked treats are the name of the game at Big Island Candies. Whether you’re ordering for yourself or a friend, you won’t be disappointed with their mouthwateringly delicious treats made with love right here in Hawaii.
2. Maui Tropical Plantation
Hawaii t-shirts, jewelry, housewares, honey, coffee, and other handmade products are sold in-person and online at the Maui Tropical Plantation, a one-stop destination for all things made in Hawaii. While we miss the beautiful views in person, the variety of their online store is quite impressive!
3. Hula Daddy Kona Coffee
Roasting their beans in small batches, Hula Daddy opened in 2002 and has since become recognized as producing some of the world’s best coffees, many of which you can purchase from their website, along with t-shirts and other cool stuff.
4. Anahola Granola
Made in Hawaii since 1986, Anahola Granola is created using fresh, local ingredients and island flavors. Each bag of granola is baked and packed by hand before being shipped throughout Hawaii and the Mainland the next day. Talk about fresh and delicious!
5. Dole Plantation
The famous Dole Plantation sits just north of the small town of Wahiawa, in central Oahu, and now serves as a major tourist destination. If you can’t visit for yourself, order fresh pineapple as well as pineapple bath products, chocolates, and souvenirs.
6. Ali’i Kula Lavender
The stunning 13.5-acre Ali’i Kula Lavender Farm is located on the slopes of Mount Haleakala at approximately 4,000 feet above sea level and is as dreamy as can be. A visit should be on your bucket list, but you can also order their bath, culinary, and aromatherapy products online.
7. Volcano Winery
Located at 4,000 feet in elevation on the slopes of an active volcano, this winery is not only the southernmost winery in the United States but one of only three commercial wineries in Hawaii. Order wine, tea, glassware, and accessories from their online shop.
8. Green World Coffee
Tucked away off the beaten path in central Oahu, Green World Coffee roasts its own coffee daily using beans from across the Hawaiian Islands. Stock up on gifts for your family and friends from the extensive gift shop with a variety of coffee beans, tea leaves, mugs, t-shirts, local art, and souvenirs in-person or online.
9. Mauna Loa
We challenge you to find someone who has never heard of - or even tasted - a Mauna Loa macadamia nut. While these Hawaiian treats can be found in grocery stores across the islands, our mainland friends might want to do a little online shopping on their retail site.
10. North Shore Goodies
This peanut butter brand got its start at farmers’ markets on Oahu and has quickly made a name for itself across the islands. North Shore Goodies is most well-known for their coconut peanut butter, but they also make a variety of other tasty products like honey, jams, butters, and sauces.
11. Kauai Coffee
That’s right, the largest commercial coffee orchard not only in Hawaii but in the United States is the Kauai Coffee Company — and while you can visit for yourself, you can also purchase their coffees as well as gifts and apparel online.
So, tell us, will you be placing an order with any of these Aloha State companies? We could definitely go for a fresh pineapple or some coconut peanut butter right about now.
