Tucked away on Maui’s northern coast at the Kapalua Resort is this stunning restaurant that overlooks a well-manicured golf course as well as the vast Pacific Ocean and the nearby island of Molokai.
No matter where you sit inside the Plantation House Restaurant, you will be treated to fabulous panoramic views, classic plantation-style decor, and award-winning Hawaiian-Mediterranean cuisine.
With an emphasis on fresh seafood and dishes enhanced by the bounty of fresh produce grown at the nearly Kapalua Farms, the menu is perfectly on par with the restaurant’s surroundings and sure to satisfy.
From kalua pork tostadas and ali’i mushroom arancini to Hawaiian ahi poke and kung pao calamari, the appetizer list is sure to entice you. Just don’t fill up too much, since entrees include macadamia nut-crusted mahi-mahi, seared ahi, organic teriyaki chicken, filet mignon, and tender braised short rib. Talk about a hard-to-make decision!
