I don't always like to go to IHOP or Waffle House when I want to eat a great breakfast on the weekends. Those places are always crowded, plus they just don't have that homemade taste I'm looking for. This is definitely a spot that the locals frequent--probably because of their scrumptious Eggs Benedict. This cafe was voted by some as the best breakfast spot on the island.

Rise-n-Dine is a perfect brunch spot near Emory University. They serve up french toast with fresh fruit, delectable omelettes, and biscuits and gravy.

This restaurant serves lunch and dinner as well as Sunday brunch. Their breakfast options include Pansan with Chicken Sausage, biscuits, french toast, and more! This is definitely the spot to check out for Sunday brunch if you're in the Macon area.

If you're looking for an ol' fashioned country breakfast, Papa Jack's is your best bet! They have amazing fried pork sausages, hash browns, eggs, and pancakes.

Sunrise Grill definitely have other breakfast spots beat when it comes to great tasting pancakes and waffles. They serve up their special sweet potato pancakes with a special syrup as well as chocolate chip waffles.

10. The Bee’s Knees - 211 10th St Augusta, GA 30901

The Bee's Knees is a small tapas bar that also serves breakfast and brunch. On their breakfast menu are the options of delicious biscuits and chicken sausage gravy, chicken and waffles, omelettes, pancakes, and other favorite breakfast meals.
