That’s how it feels on St. Catherine’s Island in Georgia. This beautiful island is part of the Golden Isles off the coast of the United States, just 20 miles south of Savannah. The interior of the island, unlike many other islands in the area, is solely open for educational, scientific, and literary purposes, which means that it remains uninhabited and purely stunning.
