With so many amazing state parks in Georgia, it’s easy for city parks to fall through the cracks and not attract enough love. We’ve all got limited time to explore the outdoors, and state parks, of course, have funding for campsites, hiking trails, and facilities like visitors centers that most local parks just can’t afford. That doesn’t make our great city parks any less worthy of their own adventures, though! One park in the Golden Isles that’s just begging for exploration is the lovely little Mary Ross Waterfront Park in Brunswick, GA. It’s got it all: prime location, waterfront scenery, and history.
