The Emporium Restaurant in Hawk Springs was built in the early 1900s as a gas station, and it quickly became a one-stop shop for travelers. First, a country store opened up here, and later on, a small cafe started serving homestyle meals. The Emporium exudes a cozy, rustic atmosphere with a Western motif. Buffalo Valley Cafe is certainly off the beaten path! If you know where to find it, though, you'll find yourself surrounded by delicious food and stunning views.
