Salt Lake has a mix of good ol’ fashioned donut shops and fancy twists on the classics. Here are some of the best donuts to try.

Chubby Baker

Go here for when you want a special treat. They offer filled donuts and ring donuts in unique flavors like hot guava or ube. Don’t miss their monthly specials. October’s flavors are caramel apple, red velvet, and vampire ring (with gummy vampire teeth and jammy blooood).

Donut House

A hidden gem in Rose Park. The donuts are light and soft and they always have fun options (cereal covered, unicorn, Elmo-shaped) that kids (and kids at heart) go crazy for.

Lehi Baker

Worth the drive to Utah County. Many of their donuts are square-shaped, even mini squares 🥺 Which begs the question: Does square taste better??

The Other Side Donuts

A donut shop with a cause. The Other Side Donuts helps people experiencing homelessness get back on their feet. Not only do they provide employment opportunities through the shop, but 100% of the proceeds go toward The Other Side Village, a tiny home community the organization has in the works.
