To reach the Sweetwater Kitchen, you must travel four miles down Hell’s Backbone Road and then take a paved road through the Dixie National Forest. You’ll find this restaurant inside the main lodge at Boulder Mountain Guest Ranch, which is surrounded by mountains, forests, and pure southern Utah beauty.

Every part of this restaurant is gorgeous. From the restaurant’s windows, you’ll capture mountain views and glimpses of the Sweetwater Stream, which is where this restaurant received its name.
