Your journey starts at Parleys Canyon, where you'll travel 26 miles from the mouth of the canyon in Salt Lake up to Deer Valley.
J&G Grill is the main restaurant at the St. Regis Deer Valley.To get there, park at the resort lot below, then take the funicular up the steep slope to the restaurant.

The Swiss-made funicular cars are heated and air-conditioned. As you ascend in your funicular car, you'll enjoy stunning views of the valley below.
The St. Regis is perched on the side of the mountain at 7,452 feet.
The main dining room is cozy and warm, with large windows so you can appreciate the scenery while you enjoy your meal.
J&G Grill offers four private dining rooms. This the Chef's Table.
The Communal Table seats 26 guests.

J&G's Bloody Marys are legendary. The 7452 Bloody Mary is prepared with wasabi and celery espuma, cayenne pepper and black lava salt.
