The Whole Family Can Enjoy Burgers At The Kid-Friendly Version Of Lucky 13 In Utah

If you've ever dined at Lucky 13 in Salt Lake City, you know all about its delicious burgers and fries. Located just west of Smith's Ballpark, it's a great place to stop in before the game. Lucky 13 is a bar though, so you have to be 21 to enter. Luckily for Utah families, Lucky 13 has opened a new restaurant in West Jordan where everyone can enjoy its burgers - old or young.

Lucky 13 opened its doors in 2009, and it's been winning Best Burger in the State awards ever since. Burger lovers might be happy to hear that the owners have opened a new location out in the 'burbs, and it's family-friendly.

That's right - Lucky's Iron Door Roadhouse recently opened at Jordan Landing in West Jordan. While the restaurant does serve beer, it's considered primarily a dining establishment, so you don't have to be 21 to enter. Grab the kids and get out there!

Foodie fans of Lucky 13 will quickly recognize the burgers on this menu. It features all the same burgers that you love from the original downtown location.

The burgers here are all made with fresh-ground, 100% chuck. The bacon is house-smoked, and the buns are baked fresh daily. These gourmet burgers are top-quality.

The Celestial Burger is one of the favorites here. It includes a juicy burger topped with cheddar cheese, grilled onions, house-smoked bacon, and Lucky 13 BBQ sauce.

The Bear Burger is for burger lovers who enjoy some heat (and have a big appetite).

It includes a 14-ounce patty topped with belizean habanero puree and roasted habaneros. The burger and toppings are stuffed in between two grilled cheese sandwiches, which are also stuffed with caramelized onions and more jalapenos and habaneros.

The Smoked Pastrami and Swiss is a gourmet version of the pastrami burgers Utah is famous for.

You can even take the Big Benny Challenge at Lucky's Iron Door Roadhouse.

The Big Benny consists of 28 ounces of ground chuck, and includes ham, bacon, cheddar, Swiss, and Lucky 13 sauce. It stands about a foot high on the plate! If you manage to eat an entire Big Benny and a Lucky Burger in under an hour, the restaurant will pay you cash.

It goes without saying that you'll get your burger with the rosemary-garlic fries.

You can also choose regular fries, Cajun fries, or beer-battered onion rings, but trust us - the rosemary-garlic fries are really special.

Lucky's Iron Door Roadhouse also offers beer to pair with your burger, but since it's a restaurant (not a bar), you can bring the whole family.

Visit seven days a week! The restaurant is open from 10 a.m. to midnight.
