You'll want to start your meal off with a Bloody Mary. The restaurant offers several versions, but the signature drink is the 7452, named for the restaurant's elevation.

Every St. Regis in the world offers a Bloody Mary that's specific to its location, and the 7452 not only celebrates the mountain region, it also pays homage to the history here.

It's made with Five Wives vodka, distilled right here in Utah. In addition to the traditional St. Regis Bloody Mary mix, the drink is topped with a wasabi foam, and the rim is graced with black lava salt, which brings to mind the coal that got this mountain town started.

Dive into some tasty waffles, pancakes, omelettes, or an order of eggs Benedict while sipping your signature Bloody Mary.
