My Little Pierogi is a local food truck that serves up a Polish favorite: pierogi. Decadent and fun, this is definitely a neat Nashville-based company that you need to try.

The pierogi hails from Poland and is traditionally made with minced potatoes and fried onions. They're very similar to ravioli, in that they're made of a certain type of dough with a savory filling in-between.

Pierogis are normally fried and are served with caramelized onions in butter and paprika sour cream. In Nashville, Tennessee, however, you can eat all sorts of creative pierogi thanks to the folks at My Little Pierogi.

As the first food truck in the city to offer pierogis, My Little Pierogi sure has set the bar high. Each decadent serving is made with homemade dough and filled with a whole ream of different, flavorful options.

From red onions to cheese, relish and sesame seeds to ground beef, My Little Pierogi has it all. Lunchtime just got a whole lot more exciting! There are also options like Polish cucumber salad and panko potato pancakes on the menu.

Here you can see the quirky and unique cheeseburger pierogi, served with special sauce and a pickle on top.

Pure decadence can be found in the spinach dip pierogi, stuffed full of spinach and cheese.
