Many of the building's original fixtures and details have been preserved, including the exposed brick walls, hardwood floors, and large wood ceiling beams.

Some of the fixtures are new, but reflect the building's mid-19th century history.

The bar is as beautiful as the restaurant, with its quartzite top and railroad track foot rest.

Even the restrooms show attention to detail and the preservation of history. You can see the soot on the bricks where Bauch's once smoked its meats.
