There's not much to see or do in town besides the casino but we discovered a hidden dining gem that serves mouthwatering bbq, prime rib, and steaks. Stagecoach Catering & BBQ is located at 400 West South Street in Newkirk, which is just south of the Kansas border and directly north of Stillwater about 60 miles away. It's a cozy town full of community spirit and Stagecoach BBQ continues on with that warm welcome and hospitality.

The restaurant feels like you're stepping back in time. It's rustic, clean, and very inviting.

People rave about the bbq in the reviews, many saying it's the best bbq they've ever had. We know everyone has their favorites but we highly recommend you give this place a try...we think you'll be quite pleased.

They also serve a mean prime rib that is so tender and juicy. Pour on some au jus and you'll be in a food coma.

On select nights they will have live music and performances so you can really enjoy a night out on the town.

Plus, they have baby back ribs that fall off the bone. They even have an all-you-can-eat catfish and ribs...so be sure and arrive hungry.

All the food is fantastic and the steaks are cooked to perfection. You'll also find all your favorite sides that you'd normally find at a bbq joint.
