Pelican's Restaurant began in Santa Barbara, California, as a seafood and steak dinner house in 1970, then made its way to Midwest City in 1980.

It's located at 291 N. Air Depot Blvd. and is open 7 days a week starting at 11 a.m. They serve a full menu for lunch and dinner and the food is always fresh.
