While somewhat unassuming from the outside, the interior of Jorge's Cafe is light and airy with high ceilings and large windows. Grab a table or a booth and place your order with the waitstaff.

While there are plenty of American-style breakfast items like waffles and pancakes, your best bet is to try one of the Mexican-inspired breakfasts. Huevos rancheros are a customer favorite, and you also can't go wrong with a breakfast burrito.
