Once you find it, however, you're in for quite the treat. Mucho Gusto offers some of the best Mexican food in the Southwest.

Their fajitas are fresh and spicy, and their tacos are always made to perfection. We recommend their stuffed chicken, dubbed "the bomb".

Their suiza enchiladas are smothered in green chile, and totally addicting.
