This establishment has been in business since 1942, and has grown in popularity ever since.

Duran Central Pharmacy started as purely a pharmacy, but owner Pete Duran retired and sold it to the Ghattas family, where the daughter Mona eventually took over.

The pharmacy now has a small restaurant inside which has gained loyal customers, and the food is made to perfection.

Many come for the mouthwatering food, but some still use it as their local pharmacy. The two have perfectly intertwined.

Duran's is also one of the most interesting gift shops around, where you can even buy their famous chile sauce.
