This little unassuming adobe building has been home to an outstanding restaurant in Taos since 1994.

Inside there are just seven tables for a cozy and intimate dining experience.

The walls are lined with jewels, and the back wall houses an open-style kitchen so you can peek in to see the magic happening.

The owner, Skot Kirshbaum, is also the chef. Each meal is prepared delicately and personally for you.

The menu offers a unique variety of items, all prepared to perfection and artistically displayed.

Make sure you end the night with a truffle dessert, as their chocolate is to die for.
