If you're looking for the best burgers in Portland, you just found them. Welcome to Nosh Kitchen Bar. You'll find it at 551 Congress St., Portland, ME 04101.

This sleek little kitchen bar is often bustling with Portlanders and visitors who are just dying to sink their teeth into Nosh's specialty item: its thick, juicy burgers.

The burgers here are anything but ordinary, starting with the ingredients used to build them.

Beef from the burgers is carefully sourced, pasture-raised and grass-fed. The burgers are constructed using a special mix of beef chuck, beef brisket, pork shoulder, and bacon, all of which make up the most incredibly juicy, flavorful burger.

Nosh has a dozen burgers to choose from, and most of them are humongous. Check out the Big Mack! It includes two beef patties, special sauce, American cheese, lettuce, pickles, and onion on a triple sesame seed bun.

The Big Mack is so big that it has trouble staying upright on the plate!

The basic Nosh burger comes with blue cheese, smoked bacon, roast garlic, balsamic sauce, and an over easy egg. You can get it as a double, triple, or quadruple burger. This is only the double burger, so you can imagine how big or triple or double would be!
