The Magically Charming Mr. K’s Farmhouse Restaurant In Kansas Is A Must-Try

Grab your bucket lists, and mark down this area for the future. It's restaurant time, and we're always hungry for whatever Mr. K's Farmhouse is cooking up. This beautiful building is a restaurant both historic and delicious. Come check it out! There's a lot to see about this little spot.

One beautiful spot out in Abilene is not only stunning on the outside, but the service inside is just as warm as this building feels.

This historic restaurant business on old U.S. 40 was built by a woman named Lena, who fed everyone that came through her restaurant doors.

Mr. K's serves all sorts of great Kansas eats, from brunch favorites to fried sides and homemade meals we can't get enough of. There's just something about classic options that we'll always appreciate when it comes to Kansas restaurants.

You'll even find menu items like cinnamon rolls with chili, a Kansas classic. Can't go wrong with a Kansas favorite!

As with any of our recommended restaurants, we think homemade pie is a slice of life we never want to miss out on.

Mr. K's World Famous salad dressing is also a great reason to come by. Bringing home a bottle is as easy as calling the restaurant to make sure they have some when you order. Careful, you might love it too much!

They're open from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, and from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday.
