Welcome to Lazio's Coffee Bar & Roasterie, a little cafe in Topeka that serves hot, fresh coffee and hot, fresh breakfast.

They have a few different blends brewed each day, where you can choose something new or pick your old favorites.

True to the name, their specialty is freshly roasted coffee, available by bag or by brewed cup. Various bean varieties from different regions of the world make each cup a different experience when you brew it at home.

Along with a fresh cup of hot or cold coffee, you can enjoy a breakfast right alongside it. Quiche seems to be a specialty here, but they also serve casseroles and more.

One item I think we all appreciate as Kansans is their biscuits and gravy, perfect for a filling breakfast before getting on the road or exploring that town you're headed to.
