We always like filling out our travel bucket list, especially if it's a new restaurant that needs to be added. If there's a need for fuel during your travels in central Kansas, keep this great little diner in mind for a hearty breakfast meal. Bucket list, anyone? Welcome to a spot out in Salina named Flapjax Diner, a small town style joint where flavor is as important as friendly service.

Breakfast is full of flavor, and they aren't afraid of trying new things. Waffle breakfast sandwich, anyone? Count me in!

Things like biscuits and gravy, breakfast spreads, burritos, and more made their way onto the popular list for breakfast. Then again, if you are a little late coming in, they have excellent options for lunch and dinner as well.

Thankfully, Flapjax isn't afraid of a hearty meal in any way. They're a diner that likes to cook what Kansans like to eat, and we love that.

They've even got chili and cinnamon rolls on the menu, a Kansas staple we love to try wherever it's served.

Whether you're a person who favors burgers, soup, or whatever is most popular, they've got plenty of options for you to choose from.

Flapjax Diner is open from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday through Friday, and from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.
