Dine While Overlooking Downtown Indianapolis At Plat 99 In Indiana

Quite literally hidden within a gorgeous, modern boutique hotel in downtown Indy called The Alexander is a gorgeous, almost dreamlike hideaway that serves up delicious small plates, incredible cocktails, excellent coffee, and plenty more. It's a legitimately hidden gem in a big city full of places to explore and/or dine at. Known as Plat 99, this little slice of the high life has views as wonderful as its entire menu is - and the views are wonderful. Come check out this unique rooftop restaurant in Indiana unlike any other you've seen so far.

Open for breakfast every day, lunch most days and dinner some evenings, Plat 99 is a perfect place for all sorts of occasions.

Whether it's a first date, a friends' night out, a 50th date, or even just a solo self-care evening on the town, the beautiful aesthetic of the entire place will calm your spirit while a flavorful menu of food and drink will quieten your growling stomach.

The overall vibe of the place has a very modern, artsy feel, and the decor is accented by gorgeous blown glass art by famed artist Jorge Pardo.

It's like what would happen if a coffee shop, an art museum and a hotel bar and steakhouse joined forces and became something amazing.

The drinks menu is as diversely delicious and cultured as the dining menus are.

Choose from some of the best mixed drinks, cocktails, and other spirits and delights. Enjoy whiskey from local breweries or try a flight of Indiana craft beers if you're feeling adventurous. It's fun, I promise!

The menu is, like I mentioned, fabulous, and is easily just as legendary as the drinks and appetizers.

My favorite thing to order from just about anywhere is French dip, and the dip here is PERFECT. You'll also find pizza, chicken, and more to munch on while you're here.

The whole restaurant is located within The Alexander and features awesome floor-to-ceiling windows, as well as wondrous city views in all directions.

Sit on the patio when the weather is nice and enjoy dinner, drinks, and an awesome view -it's all a part of the overall experience.
