Welcome to Willie’s Famous Burgers & Fries. Willie Pagan and his wife, Martha, opened the restaurant in 2007. Initially, Willie’s was a small BBQ and hot dog joint. It wasn’t much, but the town embraced their culinary skills and they quickly grew to expand their menu to include sandwiches, chicken, and of course, burgers. They had no idea that their burgers would become their claim to fame, with folks lining up every day to get one of the best burgers in Georgia.

The burgers quickly became a culinary landmark of the Dalton area. The secret is quality ingredients! All of Willie’s burgers are made from fresh, 100% certified Angus beef patties that are made to order. The thin patty, smashburger style, gives you a crispy, perfectly seasoned burger every time. Potatoes and produce trucks arrive every morning, so you know your fries, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions are as fresh as they can be.
