Cajun food is pretty spectacular, but you don't have to go to Louisiana to enjoy these magical dishes! We've got a great Cajun restaurant in Georgia. Louisiana Bistreaux has three locations in Georgia, and is soon to open a fourth. This is some of the best Louisiana cooking you can get outside of the Bayou State. The focus here is on seafood, but you can also get meat dishes and there are even a few vegetarian offerings.
Louisiana Bistreaux has three Atlanta-area locations, with one in Atlanta proper, one in Decatur, and a third in East Point.
A fourth location in Dunwoody will be opening in late 2022.
The interior of the restaurants look pretty standard and you'll be amazed that so much flavor can be packed into such a typical-looking place!
Fried okra is a classic Southern dish, and it's no wonder it's one of the most popular sides here. It's a crispy way to get your vegetables in.
Of course, there are plenty of seafood options too... who doesn't love catfish?
