There are some combinations of food and beverages that just fit perfectly, almost like they were made for each other. We're talking the likes of milk and cookies, donuts and coffee, or cheese and wine. But one of the combinations that we can't get out of our heads is that of a cold beer and a plate of fried chicken. In Tampa, a new restaurant opened up that offers a Korean-style fried chicken menu and delicious craft beers. Chicken and beer - it doesn't get much better than that at Gangchu in Florida.

Gangchu in Tampa is a new chicken and beer joint that is about to solve all of your latest food cravings.
If you’ve never had Korean fried chicken before, then picture your typical batch of fried chicken, yet tossed in a bevy of unique flavors and spices.
What’s special about Korean-style fried chicken is how it is cooked—with a unique Asian frying technique where the fat from the skin in the chicken is rendered out, leaving a thin, crackly crust that offers up the perfect crispness.
The chicken from Gangchu aims to be the perfect combination of crunchy and savory with a touch of spice thrown in, but altogether moist on the inside.
One of the most popular menu items so far includes the boneless Korean fried chicken, which comes dusted with a Gangchu “magic” dry rub. YUM.
In truth, there is much more to this menu outside of the fried chicken, including kimchi pancakes, beef bulgogi, kimchi fried rice, and so much more.
But if you want that perfect pairing, the ultimate of food combinations, then chicken and beer should be on your mind.
Head to Gangchu in Tampa for a new experience that might just change how to do wings and beer on your next night out.
