The country of Transylvania (the owners spell it in the traditional Romanian way, with an i instead of a y) is closely associated, of course, with the myth of Dracula, and the restaurant plays into that, with vampire decor and dishes with Dracula-inspired names.

There are plenty of American dishes on the menu, like burgers and wings, but why not branch out and try something a little more exotic?

The menu's international dishes largely come from Romania and neighboring countries in Eastern Europe.

There's also a full bar, with plenty of liquid delights to pair with your meal.
