I’ve been passing by this little diner for years (YEARS!) and only recently stopped by earlier this year. 7. Morning Star Cafe, Palominas

This little cafe is located just off Highway 92, right in between Sierra Vista and Bisbee. They have been serving up burgers, homemade pies, and other traditional American foods smothered in gravy and love for more than 25 years now, so you can bet the meals are tasty. 8. Nickel’s Diner, Rio Rico

9. The Pinon Cafe, Payson

This humble little cafe has everything you want out of an off-the-highway diner in the pines: good food, friendly service, and enough personality to make this place shine.
