1. Bisbee Breakfast Club, Bisbee

2. Crossroads Cafe, Parker

If you find yourself out in Parker, this is a great little diner for some tasty homecooking served in huge portions. Bring an empty belly because you’ll want to eat up all the food!

4. The Greer Cafe, Greer

5. Jac’s Whistle Stop Cafe, Tacna

6. Long Valley Cafe, Happy Jack

I’ve been passing by this little diner for years (YEARS!) and only recently stopped by earlier this year. It’s a great little mountain diner with good coffee and a hearty breakfast that will have you ready for camping or continuing on with your road trip. Give it a try! 7. Morning Star Cafe, Palominas

This little cafe is located just off Highway 92, right in between Sierra Vista and Bisbee. They have been serving up burgers, homemade pies, and other traditional American foods smothered in gravy and love for more than 25 years now, so you can bet the meals are tasty. 8. Nickel’s Diner, Rio Rico

Located along Interstate 19 between Tubac and Nogales, Nickel’s Diner is the perfect road trip stop. You’ll find some delicious meals that beat any fast food restaurant located off the highway, plus fast and friendly service. Address: 1060 Yavapai Dr, Rio Rico

9. The Pinon Cafe, Payson

This humble little cafe has everything you want out of an off-the-highway diner in the pines: good food, friendly service, and enough personality to make this place shine. While you’re here, try something a little adventurous, like the chorizo Benedicto, a Mexican-inspired version of eggs Benedict. Yum! Address: 1001 S Beeline Hwy, Payson

10. Ranch House Cafe, Ash Fork

Simple food and friendly smiles are all you really need from a small town diner like Ranch House. Endless hot coffee and quirky little signs scattered around the restaurant make it an even better experience!
