If you’re looking for a way to make a difference and make your kids (or yourself) really happy this holiday season, consider giving one of Florida’s thousands of rescue animals a new home. You can’t put a price on love, but many shelters across the state have special pricing for the month of December. Of course, we can’t guarantee these guys will still be there when you’re ready to adopt, so please call the association given under the photo before getting your heart set on a specific pet. (Or simply go down to your local shelter and take a look.) There are plenty of adorable furry friends of all ages and sizes who would love to go home with you.
