The little Meditation Chapel at Memory Grove in Salt Lake City, Utah provides peace, quiet and a spot for reflection. Take a look at this pretty little gem!

Like so many Utah families, Mr. and Mrs. Ross Beason lost their son in World War II. They built the Meditation Chapel as a place of remembrance for their son and all other sons who gave their lives during the war.

The stairs to the chapel are steep, but once you get to the top, you'll have a nice view of the park.

It's beautiful at night.

The front of the little chapel is engraved as a remembrance to Ross Beason, Jr.

Memory Grove is a winter wonderland during snowy months.

Bundle up and take a walk through this peaceful place.

Memory Grove is designed as a memorial to Utah's veterans. You'll find several monuments here, as well as a replica of the Liberty Bell.

Dogs are allowed in this park, too! Please clean up after them to keep this special place nice for everyone.

Memory Grove is located at 300 Canyon Road in Salt Lake City. It's open from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. every day.
