You’ll Love This One Awesome Activity In Utah And It Won’t Cost You A Cent
Is your wallet feeling a bit pinched lately? No worries - there are plenty of things to do in Utah that won't cost you a cent. Here is one of our favorite ways to spend an afternoon without shelling out a bunch of cash.
The Hill Aerospace Museum is located at 7961 Wardleigh Road on
Hill Air Force Base.
The museum has more than 90 aircraft, along with military vehicles, munitions and other aerospace artifacts.
Wander through the hangar to check out planes from all eras.
If you're interested in aviation history, or just love planes, you'll be in heaven here.
From the Lockheed C-140B Air Force One...
...to the Convair F-102 Delta Dagger, you'll love seeing these huge planes up close.
Learn more about aviation history by looking at the displays that line the walls of the museum.
You'll also find a list of Utahns who served their country and made the ultimate sacrifice.
Outside, you'll find even more planes.
You can spend hours checking out the planes at the Hill Aerospace Museum.
And the best part? Admission is free!
Visit the museum Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.
The museum is located right off I-15. Take exit 338, then turn east toward the museum. Though the museum is right on the base, you won't need a gate pass.
