Old Bedford Village brings the past - specifically 1750 through 1900 - to life with reenactments, exhibits, and demonstrations.
Explore the authentic historic village that features dozens of buildings, many with actors reenacting daily life.
A broom maker, a basket maker, and a blacksmith are among the numerous actors providing demonstrations of their craft.
Like any of the crafts you watched the demonstrators make? Stop by the gift shop to browse the selection of souvenirs, including different crafts made at the village.
A corner store sells cold drinks and ice creams to help you stay cool on hot summer days.
Visit for a tour or for one of the many events that Old Bedford Village hosts throughout the year. Themed weekends planned for 2018 include a Civil War Reenactment and 18th & 19th Century Living History Weekend.
The Civil War Reenactment is slated for June 9-10, 2018. 18th & 19th Century Living History Weekend will be held August 18-19, 2018.
During October, the historic village will host two Murder Mystery Evenings and Pumpkinfest.
Murder Mystery evenings are scheduled for October 6 and 13, 2018. Celebrate the fall season during Pumpkinfest on October 20-21, 2018.
Although Old Bedford Village closes for the winter season, you can still experience an old-fashioned Christmas. Plan a visit during the Candlelit Christmas celebration each December.
The historic village welcomes visitors from Memorial Day through the end of October. Hours vary depending on the season.
