Skeletons: Museum of Osteology is located at 10301 South Sunnylane Road in Oklahoma City. They are open to the public Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5:00 p.m.

The sheer enormity of some of these skeletons is quite impressive. This collection serves as the largest privately held display of osteological specimens in the world.

The kids absolutely love this place. Consider yourself forewarned, they most likely will not want to leave because it is so much fun...so plan on this being an all-day outing.

The on-site classes can teach the young and old about all the mysteries these skeletons have to reveal. This is a great way to get educated on the history of the items found here.

Who doesn't like a good skull? The admission price is $11 for ages 13 and up and $9 for kids ages 3-12.

Be sure and stop by the really cool gift shop before you depart; there are lots of memorabilia here that you simply cannot find elsewhere.

As a friendly reminder, all the skeletons are required to wear masks. The museum strongly suggests all guests wear them too.
