You Won’t Want To Miss These Incredible Fireworks Shows In Ohio This Year

With the 4th of July holiday coming up, you're probably wondering "Where can I find fireworks near me this year?" That's why we've compiled a list of as many Ohio fireworks shows as possible. (Similar to last year's list and 2015's list.) Below the five featured shows, you'll find a complete list of Ohio's 4th of July fireworks shows for 2017, organized by county.

1. Red, White & BOOM

The largest fireworks display in the state will take place on Monday, July 3. More than 400,000 people flock to downtown Columbus to watch this truly epic display, which will take place at 10 p.m. (Several events will take place throughout the day before the show as well.)

2. Cleveland Blossom Music Festival

The Cleveland Orchestra & Blossom Festival Band will feature "Salute to America" on July 3 and 4. It's a really unique way to celebrate Independence Day. Don't miss these truly spectacular shows following captivating concerts each night.

3. Independence Day Celebration on Fountain Square

On Monday, July 3, you can watch the Rozzi’s Famous Fireworks display over Cincinnati's Fountain Square and Macy’s downtown store. The show starts at 10 p.m., so be sure to get there on time.

4. The Blade’s Red, White, KABOOM

Watch fireworks light up the night on Tuesday, July 4 at 10 p.m. in downtown Toledo. The Blade’s Red, White, KABOOM will once again light up the sky over the Maumee River. If you're in northwest Ohio, don't miss it!

5. Light Up the Point

Every night at 10:30 p.m. on July 1-4 you can enjoy fireworks over the Roller Coaster Capital of the World and Cedar Point Beach in Sandusky. (How awesome is that?!) Be sure to get some 3-D glasses to enhance your experience.
