You Will Never Forget A Visit To This Kooky, Glowing Attraction In Roswell, New Mexico
Roswell UFO Spacewalk is a blacklight art installation in Roswell, New Mexico, that offers an imaginative alien-themed experience.
When you think of New Mexico, what images come to mind? Perhaps enchanting landscapes like White Sands National Park? Or perhaps ristras hanging from roof eaves?
Or maybe even aliens?
There’s no denying that New Mexico entered the fascination of Americans all over the country following the alleged 1947 crash landing of an alien spaceship. That has only grown over the years with movies, TV shows, and other media highlighting that crash.
While the official story states this was simply a high-altitude balloon used in an attempt to monitor Soviet nuclear tests, others insist this is the first true piece of evidence of extraterrestrial life.
This has led to people associating Roswell and New Mexico with aliens ever since.
You’ll find an array of alien-related merchandise, events, and even museums.
Enter the Roswell UFO Spacewalk, a blacklight adventure that easily captures the imagination of alien believers and non-believers alike.
Previously the Roswell Space Center, this art installation is a recent set-up by creator Bryan Ward.
Walk through a wormhole…
...meander through a kooky extraterrestrial forest...
...and take a peek at a creepy alien ship and testing facility.
While here, be sure to check out the artist’s original retro space paintings and prints!
Seeing these will take you back to the New Wave era of sci-fi from the ‘60s and ‘70s.
