But what about when you're craving a downhill rush in the summertime? That's where Wild Mountain comes in. This popular ski hill is full of fun attractions in the summer, including the Arctic Rush Alpine Slide. Wild Mountain is a popular attraction during Minnesota winters. Located in Taylors Falls, its hilly terrain makes it a perfect place for snowboarding and skiing. But they don't slow down when the weather gets warm! There's plenty to do during the summer months.
Many people love visiting the waterpark. Plenty of slides makes it a great place to cool down when the weather is hot. Other fun attractions include go-karts, a freefall experience, and one of our favorites: the alpine slide.
Arctic Rush Alpine Slide lets riders zoom 1,700 feet from the top of the hill to the valley below.
At the top, riders choose a sled. Then, they start zooming down the hill!
Hand brakes let riders control their speed. You can go as fast or as slow as you are comfortable.
You must be 54 inches tall to ride on your own. Children must be at least 36 inches tall to ride with an adult.
Because there are two tracks, you can even race down! This exhilarating ride is a fun way to get outside and satisfy your need for speed!
