This little bakeshop on Milwaukee's lower east side has been around since 1947, and is loved by the whole community! In 1997, the original owners Peter and Grace sold the shop to The Vella's; three young, energetic employees who have run the beloved storefront ever since.

Their Italian cookies are a must-have, and you can buy them by the pound! They also have other Italian treats like cannolis. If you need a cake made to order, they can bake and decorate a sheet cake for any occasion! This is your go-to for any desserts, and they're all homemade.

Peter Sciortino's Bakery is located at 1101 E. Brady Street in Milwaukee. They're open from 7a.m. - 5 p.m., Tuesday-Saturday, and from 7 a.m. - 1 p.m. on Sundays. The bakery is closed on Mondays.
