Holy Hill is a functioning Roman Catholic church that holds mass every week. The center of the holy building is considered a minor basilica.

In 1903, Pope Leo XIII declared Holy Hill a shrine. The building was constructed in 1926 in the style of neo-Romanesque architecture, and it's been one of the most beautiful churches to this day.
