What could be more fun and relaxing than a visit to a deluxe wellness spa? I have to say that this is one of my favorite ways to spend a day with friends, get away with my spouse, or have a me-day alone. Throughout Massachusetts, there are many luxurious overnight wellness spots such as Canyon Ranch in Lenox and the Mirbeau Inn & Spa in Plymouth. There are also many fabulous day spas. Among my favorites are those that have hot tub rooms. The Elements Hot Tub Spa in Amherst is one retreat that you definitely will want to visit.
Once you step into the relaxing hot tubs at Elements Hot Tub Spa in Amherst you will never want to leave! The fabulous spa is privately owned and features expertly trained staff, high-quality facilities, and a warm and relaxing environment. The spa focuses on enhancing health and wellness. They have won several awards for their wonderful services.
The spa has multiple private hot tub rooms to choose from. Each tub is set at a balmy 104 degrees and is filled with clean, purified water. A soak in one of these tubs will melt your stress away and provide you with the health benefit of increased blood flow.
Each hot tub room is named after a different element. You can soak either inside the spa or in the outside garden space.
Tub times last for either 30 or 60 minutes.
The spa's “water” room features an aromatherapy steam room infused with scents such as rosemary, eucalyptus, and lavender.
Or if you would like to experience the benefits of an infrared sauna, you can try out the spa’s "fire" room.
For a relaxing outdoor experience, reserve either the “air” or “earth” room. These rooms are available year-round.
I especially enjoy soaking in a steaming tub and watching snowflakes fall around me in the wintertime!
The Element Hot Tub Spa also features several other decadent treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, and waxing.
For a full day of relaxation, I recommend booking one of the wonderful packages that combine an expert massage with the hot tub experience. Packages are available for individuals as well as for couples.
